Well I have to say my bike has been slightly better at recovering than me. Once back to the reality of day to day living I spent the first week fast asleep or nodding off. The bike remained caked with Scottish bog mud for 10 days but washed up okay and surprisingly rides okay. When time permits I'll reward it with a strip down and gear cable change.
