ELBNO and Builth Wells Spring Marathon

Well tomorrow night at 7:30pm sees me, Freddy and Gaz on the start line for phasenineclothing.co.uk at ELBNO in Builth Wells for the 40k night ride followed by the 75k Spring Marathon on Sunday, no boubt for big grins and pain.
